Stillwater K-Life - Why Is K-Life Here

K-Life exists to give the middle school and high school students of our community and the surrounding communities a place to call their own. It is our hope that K-Life is a place that is welcoming to kids from every school, background, and demographic. It is for everyone.

Our mission is singular. We exist to influence a youth culture through the context of lasting relationships and content of God's word resulting in transformed lives. We want to influence a youth culture because the world counterfeits the message of hope. We want them to see that the greatest hope, the only true hope is found in Jesus Christ.

We believe that the power to influence is rooted in the word of God alone. It has the power to change hearts. God works through the Bible. However, we believe that you must build relationships in order to have the privilege to share that Word. Relationships are the key to this ministry and what sets it apart.

K-Life is defined as a "Life on Life" ministry. What that means is that we, the staff, the volunteer leaders, and the student leaders, want to live our lives alongside the students of our community. We want them to see us doing everyday things, not just standing in front of them teaching. True impact occurs through relationship. We focus our attention on meeting kids in their environment and getting to know them there.

  • We are currently speaking with various people within the personal network of our Board members as we seek leadership level gifts around the $3,200 mark. Most of our funding at this point comes from our founding Board and we have goals to diversify our funding sources and build a strong, lasting program for Stillwater area youth.
